ComputerDoctor does not warrant other manufacturers’ products sold on line or in our store. Products are backed by the original limited warranty of the manufacturer or publisher only. Consult your product’s documentation for specific limited warranty information. Downloaded software is subjected to the EULA (End-User License Agreement) and may not come with manuals or disks). We recommend you review the software publisher’s policy about manuals and disks prior to your purchase of the software.
Terms and Conditions
Service charges are non-refundable.
All deposits are non-refundable. Once customer agrees to do the repair work, deposit will be applied to the total cost of repair.
We guarantee our services for 30 days. If there is a problem with the service we provided and bring your computer back within 30 days, we will work to cure your problem expeditiously and at no additional cost. There will be a charge if repair is unrelated to original problem.
Rates - Minimum per hour rates in-store for computer repair is $72
Turn around - 2 to 4 business days. Two business days for diagnostic and two business days for repair
ComputerDoctor’s computers are guaranteed for six months from the invoice date. All repairs will be done at ComputerDoctor’s store. Additional charges will apply for in-home or in-office repair.
Customer data / information / media
ComputerDoctor will use best efforts to save and protect all your data. However, occasionally this may not be possible. ComputerDoctor is not responsible for any incidental data loss.
Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from seller any consequential damages. Damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, damage for data loss or income, or any other incidental damages.

Turn Around Time
In most cases, two to four business days turn around.
Your original receipt or invoice is required
If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us and return the product with the original receipt or invoice within 21 days from the original invoice date, you may exchange the product or receive a refund, except as explained below.
Computers, monitors, printers and computer parts may be returned within 14 days from the original invoice date and are subject to a 15% restocking fee if opened (unless defective).
Any product that is returned without promotional items included with the original transaction will have the value of the promotional items deducted from the refund amount at ComputerDoctor’s discretion.
Opened software will not be accepted for return or refund.
Recycling and Storage Fees
Customers are responsible for recycling their own defective products. However, ComputerDoctor will recycle products for a fee of $10 per part recycled. There will be a $20 per month storage fee.
Order Cancellation Charge
If for any reason customer decides not to purchase goods that have been ordered, customer will be solely responsible for shipping costs to and from manufacturer, in addition to a cancellation charge of 10% of the total order value.
Confidential Technical know-how
Confidential Technical know-how means all proprietary ComputerDoctor technical know-how, without limitation, (a) specifications, ideas, concepts, models, and strategies for products or services, (b) quality assurance policies, procedures and specifications, (c) source code and object code, (d) all other know-how, methodology, processes, procedures, techniques and trade secrets related to ComputerDoctor services. ComputerDoctor will not share the above information with customers.
