Our services include repairs, maintenance, and customized IT solutions designed to fit your budget and timeline.<\/p>\n<h1>Terms and Conditions<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Non-Refundable Service Charges: <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All service fees are non-refundable.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Non-Refundable Deposits: <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deposits are applied to repair costs but are not refundable.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Service Guarantee: <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We offer a 30-day guarantee on our services. If a related issue occurs within this period, we will fix it at no additional cost. Unrelated issues will incur a new service charge.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Turnaround Time:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Most services are completed within 2-4 business days (2 days for diagnostics, 2 days for repairs).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Repair Warranty:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We guarantee the computers we sell for one year against manufacturer defects. Specialized services (e.g., data recovery, motherboard repairs) may be outsourced with additional charges for in-home or on-site services.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Data Protection Disclaimer:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>While we strive to safeguard your data, <strong>ComputerDoctor<\/strong> is not responsible for any incidental data loss.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Service Rates<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>In-Store:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Windows computers: $80\/hour<\/li>\n<li>Apple, gaming, non-brand computers: $100\/hour<\/li>\n<li>Servers and networks: $250\/hour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>On-Site:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Windows computers: $200\/hour<\/li>\n<li>Apple, gaming, servers, non-brand computers: $300\/hour<\/li>\n<li>Outside business hours, weekends, holidays: $500\/hour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Return Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>General Returns:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Products may be exchanged or refunded within 21 days of purchase, with a valid receipt or invoice.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Computers, Monitors, Printers, and Parts:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These items can be returned within 14 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee. All original packaging, manuals, and CDs must be included.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Missing Promotional Items:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If a returned product is missing any promotional items, their value will be deducted from the refund.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Recycling and Storage Fees<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Recycling:<\/strong> We offer recycling services at $20 per item.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Storage:<\/strong> A $20\/month fee applies for equipment not picked up after repairs are completed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Order Cancellation Charge<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If an order is canceled after products have been ordered, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs and a 10% cancellation fee.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Payment Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>No Checks Accepted:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We do not accept payments by check.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Maintenance Contracts<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Our maintenance contracts are non-refundable and non-transferable. These items are covered only by the manufacturer&#8217;s original warranty. Please consult the product&#8217;s documentation for warranty details.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Confidential Technical Know-How<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;Confidential Technical Know-How&#8221; refers to proprietary <strong>ComputerDoctor<\/strong> knowledge, including product and service specifications, strategies, and trade secrets.
